The following terms and conditions apply:
Delivery is available domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland, USA, Europe.
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic Deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €3.99 per order.
For orders of €70.00 or more, shipping is free.
International Deliveries:
We charge the following flat-rate international shipping fees:
Austria: €6.26
Switzerland: €6.72
USA: €19.99
For orders of €70.00 or more, international shipping is free.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 4–7 business days and internationally within 8–10 business days of the contract being concluded (in the case of agreed advance payment, after we have received your payment).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
